1) 200 g bulgur

5) ½ cucumber
6) 4 spring onions

9) 4 tbsp olive oil

Preparation Method :
1) Cook the bulgur in ½ litre of salted
water for approx. 10 minutes, remove from the heat, then set aside for a
further 20 minutes.
2) Wash the parsley and mint, shake dry and chop. Peel the cucumber and cut into small dice. Wash and chop the spring onions finely.
3) Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and white cores, and finely dice the flesh. Fluff up the bulgur with a fork. Mix it with the vegetables and herbs in a bowl.
4) Mix the lemon juice and oil with salt and pepper, and pour the dressing over the salad. Allow to stand for at least 1 hour, then stir well again and serve.
